I had a ridiculously busy year. I wrapped up my last engagement end of May and since then I have been on bench and my next project starts in a week. I have enjoyed the bench time; however even after a month (slow time, not fully shut down) I feel like I am not ready to start the new engagement. I am getting overwhelmed from the emails I am already receiving from the SM of the next project. I feel extremely tired and burnt out. Is this something normal?

Looking for advice! Have joining date at next company on Aug 23rd. Unable to move the joining date. Bonus from Q1 from Wipro is expected on Aug 19/20. Starting a new project at Wipro on Aug 9th & hence I am not a critical resource for any projects right now.
Should I wait until the bonus is received on Aug 19/20 and give very short notice?
OR
Should I give notice on Aug 9/Aug 13 which will give them a few days for transition. Will they terminate me earlier and deny bonus for Q1?

How long does it take to get a project in IBM GBS. I have approx 7 years experience and I am from Oracle EBS Technical background. I joined on 22-DEC but not got called for any project yet by Resource manager. I called her but she said that it will take some time. I am now worries since it is going like 2 weeks.
