The barrier to entry is low, not even sure if graduating high school is needed. My old agent even said she did it bc she can make a lot money and not work that much. She drove a new Mercedes and sent her kids to private school, husband was also an agent.

Anyone contemplated a move to India owing to a cultural disconnect and a lack of assimilation in US? This is by no means suggesting US did not offer the means to integrate into its way of life, its mostly an outcome of my own reluctance. Some have embraced this fully and are better off. My experience is that in the last few years friendships have diluted, family ties have weakened. Pre covid this was a lingering thought but now much more prominent. Thoughts??
