From a security perspective, is Splunk a tool you would want to get certified in or become a SME in? Hearing mixed opinions

I’ve started working at this law firm back in March of this year. I wasn’t too familiar with the law field and was in school to become a paralegal. I accepted this position of being an administrative assistant at their firm and started to learn a lot of things that my major would cover. I work with 3 other people including two attorneys and one paralegal. Fast forward a few months now, I’ve started to realize that this firm may not be a good fit for me. But I’m finding it hard to leave, tips?

AWS peers: how does the work, compensation, and exit opps compare between AWS TAM, PM, and BD roles?

I have an MBA with 0 technical experience but self studied to earn the AWS SA and Developer certs.

I recently started working at Marcum but now that big4 companies are offering full-time opportunities I am considering to switch. Is it bad to switch firms within the span of 1-2 months? I’m a bit confused as to how pursue projects. I got hired as a Data Science Consultant as part of Global AI. There aren’t many available roles within Global AI or Solutions AI. Is it better to be under Applied Intelligence rather than Global Applied Intelligence and if I pursue projects that are not under AI or Global AI does that affect my promotion/raises?

I’m in the pre offer stage with a FAANG company. I’ve been burned before so I asked the recruiter for insight on what I was getting into. He suggested I meet with someone else on the team. I did that today and this individual painted a very ugly picture (chaos, cut throat competition, and incompetence, etc.). What should I make of this? It is significantly higher pay and would allow me to walk into a new field. I don’t think I will get this opportunity again. Feedback is appreciated.

As a student in the final year with professional experience in accounting, i think about dropping into software sales. I got an offer for 68k€ annually (Big4 ususally 55k€ offers). Especially as a young person, i wonder if learning opportunities are good in software sales. What do you think?
