Who cares what time one comes in to work? What's important is what time one leaves work?!?
Or we just drink the most kool-aid. But def better than Deloitte since EY doesn't fire anyone.
EY technology is awful... Every firm has there flaws.

Yes PWC at $0.25 per hour
I stroll into the office at 9:30 everyday. No one in my group gets there before 9
Exactly. Most people at EY come 9:30-10
9:00 is my standard arrival time in the office. Not exactly crack of dawn. Most our office is 8:30ish to 9:00ish
But our bonuses are way better...as long as you don't calculate it at an hourly rate
In my town EY is a joke and are super squeezed on hours, so I think market is important to keep in mind.
@Deloitte3 very wrong, there have been layoffs of all levels below manager and not only poor performers
Where are layoffs happening because definitely not all offices? Minneapolis is hiring constantly.
Scroll down Deloitte
Just the first years who aren't performing well is what I've seen and heard...bout time in my opinion
Come to office at 9:30 everyday at EY. Haha
Deloitte is doing layoffs?! Nationally or specific office(s)?!
From what I can tell the layoffs have only been in audit and in the major cities. Haven't heard about anyone getting let go in advisory or consulting
I agree with Deloitte 5. Some firms are better in different cities.
From what I heard, layoff happens in many major cities, Chicago, Boston, NYC, NJ, Vegas, all levels (including managers), at least audit and advisory.
