FTI level and pay bands?

My Marriott status shows “Titanium Referral” and I’m lifetime Titanium, what does the “referral” mean? Haven’t seen this before.

Anyone want a referral bonus? I am Looking to make a move before busy season starts. I have 4.5 years in public accounting with progression. I’m currently with a regional firm. I got passed up for promo and I only stuck around for the promo promise because I hate my job. I’ve been applying for other jobs but haven’t found anything yet. I’m having a hard time separating my self worth from my career progression. Has anyone gone through this? Any advice? Also any tips on job hunting? I feel like other big 4 consultants find jobs easily but it hasn’t been the case for me.

My undergrad was in Theatre and no I did not plan to end up in Consulting (but I love what I do!)

What do we think about these culture assessments? I don't understand how they get value from You have never wanted to "tell someone off" AGREE or DISAGREE or Would you rather Make Art or Go out to a social setting There has to be some kind of Jedi mind tricks right. I mean who would say I have never in my life wanted to tell someone off. Are they looking for honesty? Any HR people who can tell us what the "grades" look like? Do they need you to be in a range so they can consider hiring?
