Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

Worked up to delivery date, baby was 2 weeks early. Ended up doing slides and writing handover package while waiting for long induction (on epidural). Have made mental note to take leave earlier if I do this again.

First kid - 4 weeks early using pto. Kid was 5 days late. Was the absolute best decision for me. Second kid - I’m taking 2 weeks.
Worked up until the day I gave birth. I was so stressed about working till the end, but baby ended up coming 3 weeks early (this month) and healthy, thank goodness! I say he rescued me from a stressful day and week of work- haha.
I worked up until delivery with my first two. I switched jobs (currently pregnant and due next week) and my company starts your leave 4 weeks before your due date and it’s been wonderful. If you can swing a week or two of PTO beforehand I would say go for it!
Currently pregnant with #2 and planning on taking 2 weeks of PTO before my planned c/s at 39w. Around 34 weeks it became more difficult to sit still in front of a computer for hours, so I’m looking forward to the break.

Took a month off by using my PTO. Best decision ever!
Took a week and a half off before induction date. Went a little stir crazy with covid and nothing to do but no regrets.

I get 4 weeks std pre birth and I will be taking full advantage of it.
Up until the day I gave birth! But my kid was around 3 weeks early. I did stop traveling a month before I gave birth though! That was extremely nice being home and being able to unplug every now and then.

Worked up to delivery and was 10 days late. Was the only thing keeping me sane honestly during that waiting game. Worked from home the last two weeks though.

Worked up until delivery. You don’t know if you’ll be late and just sitting around twiddling your thumbs sucks. With the first labor comes on more slowly... I had time to send off some emails tying up my loose ends and it helped pass the time!
C section 3 weeks early, worked until the day before. Planned to work to the end but I actually don’t think I could have. I lost almost complete use of my hands. 4 months postpartum and still numb in my finger and thumb.
Worked up until delivery and saved my PTOs to extend my maternity leave.
With my first one, I planned to work until deployment date, which is about 5 days earlier than my expected due date, but my little one had other plans and arrived 2 weeks earlier.
Reading that most ppl took off early/ encourage it is so reassuring. I’m currently 35 weeks and getting 45-50 hours on the books every week is exhausting and I’m not sure I can keep it up longer... but I was feeling guilty about leaving my engagement so soon (and they’ve been dragging their heels on replacing me).
Took 2 weeks off (per NYS FMLA) before EDD but baby arrived 1 week early. I was happy to have done that to just have some time to nap, organize last minute things, read, and generally relax.
