Please share your training / health routine? Along with A/S. Asking cause I end up spending almost 90 min 4-5 times a week and feel I am not doing enough or doing things wrong
( My routine : High intensity on elliptical resistance 15, heart rate around 140-150, 16 min x 3 with 2 min break each; followed by 10 min break; then 30 min of stretching and light core exercises- I have bad back) (40/M/205 lbs/5’ 10”) lost about 12 lbs over past 4 months

Been working for a boutique firm a little under a year. Came in as a senior consultant (due to previous types of experience mostly in government). 7.5 YOE, Masters, blah, blah.

Anyway, I came in at 90K. Recently got 3K bonus (split). Around my 6 month mark, recruiters have started reaching out with opportunities ranging from $140K-$170K. Currently interviewing with a few in that range. What a shock to me coming from public sector. I really undersold myself because I didn’t know any better. 💀

Just found out I am going to be on a coupa P2P implementation for the next 6 months. Not a fan of coupa or procurement so any advice to maximise my learnings and make this as valuable as possible

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I’m always raising my hand and offering to help where I can and no matter what I do, I don’t feel utilized or valued or part of the team.It’s really taken a toll on my confidence
