Hi all, I accepted a position at my current company that I've been at for four years as a PM starting at 95k flat. I'm located SLC so I feel like the salary is quite low. I think I will need to leave my current company to be paid fairly. Does anyone have advice on how to move externally when you've been at the same company for so long? A while ago I asked for an advice to improve my executive presence as I got a feedback after an interview that I was a bit too talkative and it hurt my executive presence.
First, I want to thank someone who recommended me training from Own the Room. Amazing training, amazing content.
And after having 4 interviews with the company I realized that they were just sexist AF. So, executive presence is important, but if you know that you’re not chatty, don’t doubt your greatness!
