Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Definitely looking into early-ish retirement, should I just invest the rest in a regular brokerage account until I reach the income limit? Am I even allowed to do a conversion? Any advice is helpful :)

Does anyone know how getting a second va loan works. The limit was removed, so can I get a second home, assuming credit score and employment are fine. Can the benefit only be used on a single home? For context, I bought a home while still AD and it’s currently a rental property. I moved for school and work after getting out an am thinking about buying a home here

Roth IRA - maxed annually (6000/year)
HSA - maxed annually (3500/year) and invested 80% in 2060 target fund and 20% total international index
Will be paying off $20k student loan once interest free grace period ends. This should help me save outside retirement if I want a house in the future. I cannot afford to max 401k at the moment.
