Full Stack .net Dev with exp 7yr. What type of work role can be expected from Infosys? What is scope of growth in Infosys? And what could be the max expected salary offering?

So I’ve been thinking of leaving my company and trying to move to a big tech company, but my manage currently likes me a lot, eg. giving raises and talking about lead promotion, but I’m not really happy with the work and they have reduced some benefits recently (bonus and retirement). Work/life is pretty chill and with raises/promotions upcoming I feel hesitant to leave. Anyone else go through something similar? One of the reasons I’ve hesitated is how much I dislike the tech interviews.

Need some tips, advice, suggestions: I am interviewing for a sales mgmt role (to backfill my boss who left), and have been in B2B sales as an individual contributor for 13 years. I want to move into leadership, and have little idea how to prep for this interview. The hiring manager is my interim manager, and we just started working together a couple months ago. I don’t want to ask him how to prep for the interview and feel impostor syndrome lurking real close!

In 2011-12 YYZ was top in comp. followed by YYC, YVR and YEG. 10 years later, it seems that YVR and YYC are up on top and YEG and have not kept up with the industry. Alberta relies on CALA to share and set salary/comp with zero transparency to non members.

I could really use some insight: I am a Physical Therapist and leader/manager and have been in Management in Rehabilitation and learned so much - lean and EMR implementations, excellent at building relationships. Coworkers say I am a great leader but I am having a difficult time translating my skills built as a clinician and manager in rehab to anything else and would love to transition into another non clinical role. I’m working at Management Solutions in my Rome since I have the desire to work abroad I sent my CV around the Europe.
Deloitte called me from Barcelona to schedule an interview with the HR.
The position is in the accounting sector of Deloitte DBS. They told me that the base salary (I’m an entry level) is 18k per year. In Rome I’m actually earning 28k+1k bonus.
Anyone knows why there’s such a great gap in salary? Tomorrow I’ll have the interview so any comments could be helpful. Thx

Does anyone have any advice on how to figure out what the average multiplier for billable hours is in a certain city? If this isn’t clear, I’ll receive x ($) times (the difference between my max billable hours and my min) as my yearly bonus. I know what number my firm uses but was told it’s been the same for years. I’d love to advocate for a raise with numbers reflecting averages in our city but have no idea how to find this information. Thanks!

Would you take high risk / high reward consulting gig at a small firm? Comp is hourly and project based. Firm has a good foothold in the niche market. Offers lots of flexibility. But no benefits and since it’s project and hourly based it’s feast or famine. If you have a partner (spouse, domestic partner, etc.) and they had a stable job, would it change your perspective of taking the high risk/high reward role?

Hi, I have an offer which gives me batter increment in salary I have tried my best to find out about my project and time shift but they are not responding me properly, Now my LWD is very near and I have 2nd thoughts in my mind to stay. I also have couple of offers from big MNC in waiting state. If I stay then again I have to server my 90 days notice period and may be ask to sign a bond as well.

Anyone have any experience of beginning to take an ssri for anxiety/depression and the initial 5-6 days anxiety levels being through the roof and the inability to sleep. I started taking 50 mg of Zoloft (this is my third try at an ssri) on Monday and I’ve probably slept a total of 10 hrs since then due to it.
