Hello friends! I have joined a month back Synechron Inc. with a pay package of 33fixed and 2 lacs of JB. I haven't been assigned to any project.
They have asked me to prepare for the client interview. Such as data structures and algorithms.
Not sure if I should look for other offer considering the job security.
I have one offer from reputed product company with the same pay. Should I consider this?
Help much appreciated.

Passed my first interview and got a second phone interview request for Business Consulting Senior - Technology Risk Position at EY.
First interview was with a manager, what should I expect for the second interview? How many interviews will there be in total? Will the next interview be more technical than first?
Could really use some insight and help. Thank you!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Suit and tie unless explicitly specified
Suit. What's their culture
I had company ask me to come in business casuals few yrs back
What company? I would default to business professional until offer for the sake of first impressions
You're never out of place in a suit, I don't feel that a tie is required
Simply ask the recruiter. They'll tell you honestly.
Depends on industry & culture. I agree with asking the recruiter.
Just don't look like a bum. All the recruiter. I interview people all the time and rarely see full suit and tie.
