I think there should be more males caretakers in this world. Some of my clients just feel more comfortable with a guy and it's kind of sad how often they say I'm the only male they could find.

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Early 30sF thinking of moving to NYC. Looking at apts in UWS area, 70s, since close to subway. Interested in UWS due to safe area at night, it’s near Central Park for runs and an easy commute to Hudson yards for work. Any luxury apartment recommendations? 2,750 max for a studio or one bedroom. Would like doorman, lots of natural light, washer/dryer unit in room would be nice but in building is fine. A gym and rooftop terrace would be nice but not necessary.
