My 2 cents: Prices are already down in most pockets of the GTA since the February highs, number of units on the market has increased significantly and most units are sitting several weeks unsold.

Is there such a thing as financial induced anxiety? I’m FAR ahead of my peers in terms of savings, but I truly get so much anxiety from tracking them (even though I’d go crazier if I didn’t). I unhealthily compete to increase the numbers in my accounts like it’s a game. I check my stocks every day, track every dollar I spend, and sometimes find myself not wanting to give in to certain experiences (ie. tons of drinks) because of cost. Am I crazy?
