I’m looking at the Bank Of America Market Financial Center Manager role. Trying to figure out the salary range for this role and online research is giving me a wide range for this role. I have my MBA (non-Target school) with 3+ years in management (2 plus years in management in the banking/finance industry). What salary range should I be expecting? Thank you in advance.

Need some honest advice. I accepted an offer but haven’t signed the offer letter. I didn’t negotiate my salary because they offered me $2k more than my previous salary. I was super excited to get the offer because I’ve been out of work for 3 mons. I didn’t factor in inflation. Is it too late to negotiate now? What’s the etiquette? I have never in my life negotiated my salary bcuz it’s always higher than my last. Thanks in advance!

Hi joined fractal in month of may and then allocated to project at the end of same month. During initial discussion with client and team project seems good, there are lot of cloud tech they are using for data engineering. I thought I will get to learn many things however they started assigning me project documentation, I am now very much depressed to work on these. My manager constantly cuts people off. I’ve started using the same rules for her and cutting her off when she’s rambling. I think I need a long vacation or something. It’s getting a lot more difficult for me to honor these useless titles. If I interacted with her in any other environment I would not allow her to constantly cut me off. I don’t understand why she thinks it’s okay just because of her position. And she doesn’t do it to her higher ups. She’s just disrespectful. I’m tired, y’all. 😢

Ringing that bell tomorrow. No hate to my firm, but we have a kid during covid and it’s hard to work two jobs and be a daycare provider. Plus, no job makes me as whole as being a father.

Old employer arranged a WFH contract deal where my contract is on par with my current pay. Have to pay both sides of FICA taxes, but I control my time and know I can be there for my wife and kid when needed. Keep grindin’ y’all! ✌🏽
