At PwC it’s a % of the required workweek hours. So if we are required to work 40 hours a week, then 80% fwa would mean 32 hours a week. During busy season the minimum required hours a week was 55 so 80% would be 44 hours a week.

Ours is based on total expected full time hours, including non-charge time. FT works out to around 2,350 hours per year then they adjust comp based pro rata on your new flexible total hours.

Yes, combined. And that gives you a flat % decrease for the year. For example, if you do a 40 hour work week year round, it's roughly 2,080 total hours...hopefully, that math is right. It has been a while since I've modified mine.

Did you negotiate billable hours or actual hours?

How many weeks per year at 55?

Hii all, I recently got offer from ICICI Bank for the role of Market Risk. I have completed my MBA Finance from NMIMS Mumbai and also CFA L1 certified. I have total 3yrs workex (around 5 months post MBA), no prior workex in Risk. Currently working in Business Analyst role with Accenture drawing a CTC of 12.1 LPA. What should be considered a reasonable offer for ICICI as I would be leaving Accenture in less than 6 months and also switching role from BA to Risk. Salary discussion is still pending.

Does anyone make employees submit their formal complaints via written/email? I’m tired of these “I want to complain and I want you do something, but don’t tell anyone” requests.

What's your take on "fake/scam" award ads? I think they're fine as long as they solve a real business problem. Also a great way to do good work when you aren't blessed with a client like BK/Nike/...

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting since joining this platform. I’m interested in connecting with someone who is open to HR mentoring. I’ve been in HR now for about six years and have never had a mentor. I’ve been relying mostly on SHRM and other people in the company for feedback. Even if it’s for feedback, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Newb question no flaming. I have GME shares. How can I have two sell orders to protect my position? For example, if stock goes above X sell stock for profit. But also, if stock falls below Y sell stock to limit loss. I did a sell limit for X, and then when I did a stop limit for Y it got rejected. Thanks.

Chase Sapphire reserve statement credit benefit is great. Seems like all qualifying purchases made in last 3 month can be redeemed for statement credit using points at 1.5cents per point. And I dont think you lose the points you earned from those purchases after you redeem for statement credit.

Hey all, would love some advice. I’m a Business Analyst with 5 YOE and minimal technical skills. And I’m really unhappy where I’m at. Very underpaid, and feel like I’m limited in job opportunities. I want to become more technical but no idea where to even start! I was thinking about starting with a certification but most seems really tough to learn as a newbie. Any guidance/advice on which certs to look at? Was thinking AWS cloud practitioner as a starting point? Any help welcomed!!
