Serious questions, not shooting this down.
1) potential use case for sure
2) I’m not sure about you but when I come across a good fit, I refer thru our portal and then ping our team/recruiter to flag.
3) more structured but this way I only see verticals I’m interested in. For example, I see there are 2 Microsoft employees subscribed to Software Development right now . So they will get an email when someone submits their resume and selects MSFT and Software dev. Up to them to review and submit but I essentially source candidates for them.
