Hello fishes,
I have recently joined Accenture and have experience in working with DSP/Syniti ADM data migration tool for the past 3.5 years. Now I am thinking if I can continue working on the same tool or if I can move to SAP BODS (not yet assigned to any proj and didn't receive any training on bods yet)
Which ETL tool is better in terms of growth, pay, demand and scope? Pls pour in your suggestions. TIA
How can I make friends in Chicago?

Female here. Love my garmin. Male friends with garmin have either the fenix or the forerunner. Similar in functionality and prices. Personally I think the forerunner looks a little more sleeker if you are wearing all the time. The fenix is a little clunky IMO. Overall though, they all love their garmins. I love mine. Way better than an Apple Watch. Worth every penny. The group of us all cycle. I’m a big swimmer as well. A few of them do triathlons. Pricy but you won’t regret it. Added bonus if you are a golfer which I am, you get a built in range finder and score keeper for golf.
Same to everything! I have the white band with gold and get compliments on it all the time.
I run with and wear a Garmin 45 everyday and what’s become my only complaint after a year and a half is the battery slowly degrading where now I need to charge it every other day or so now. When I first bought it I was charging it every 5 days to once a week. I think that’s my only real complaint and would only be worried about the fenix battery in the longer term, I’m sure it’s better though.
I'm waiting until the weekend to pick up the 945 if the price drops a bit. Planning on an active triathlon 2021 and even though I've had a fitbit since they originally came out, I'm sick of their crappy products and the Versa X lasting less than a year before the battery goes to daily.
I had the Garmin Vivofit and now have the Forerunner (for exercise) and the Vivomove (for every day). I love Garmin products!
Yes, it does. I originally got the Vivomove because I missed having an analogue watch. The Vivomove is great, but it was missing some key features I needed for running, so I bought the cheapest Forerunner. Both are connected to my Garmin app, so I sometimes have to upload the info to the app when I switch (ie it doesn’t appear to be automatic, but that could be because I don’t know what I’m doing), but it’s not a big deal.
I have the Garmin fenix 5s, the s models are designed for more petite people like myself! I love it! It’s heavier than the forerunner series, but it looks more professional
Had a few forerunners and loved them for training. Too bulky to wear everyday. Like some comments above, the battery slowly degraded and there was a persistent bug that sometimes caused the battery to lose charge while it was plugged in. It was also agonizingly slow at finding a GPS signal. These both killed the Garmin brand for me. The one reason I liked Garmin was that they were dedicated hardware makers - focused on the needs of consumers... but a charged battery and a GPS signal is basic functionality for a training watch and they just couldn’t get it right... then I realized that having something on my wrist was pointless when I already had all the features I needed in my wireless earbuds and the utility of the earbuds (beats pro wireless) + some basic apps far outweighed the buggy hardware and clumsy software that Garmin has locked me into.
I have the Fenix 5s Saphire and it’s a thousand percent worth it. A) I like the appearance and that it is round. B) you can configure notifications C) it is amazing for maps and tracking. I do a lot of off the grid stuff and it’s kept me safe a number of times. It was fully worth the money and also the Saphire glass! I do some rock climbing and after a year and a half the screen is in perfect condition
I have a Garmin Venu. Best purchase I made!!! Wish i knew more people with Garmin watches.
