Gave a notice to my boss after working here for 4 months. Frankly, nothing wrong with the company/boss/pay but got an offer to pivot to PM at a Series A startup. I’m bored in my role/function and excited to try PM. My company is going IPO this year so there’s a chance I’ll make some $ from it. But I’m interested in getting an early stage PM experience. My boss wants to try to find me a role while also keeping me in the team for a little longer. Should I stay? Am I crazy for jumping so soon?

How easy is it to change industries? I've been in oil & gas for 3 years but I don't want my exit opportunities to be limited to that industry only as I don't particularly enjoy it.

The design practice submitted Now I have a scheduled interview with the CEO. This company seems to have about 50-100 employees. Do you think this is the final interview? Is this a red flag?
