L7 TC $350k. How much can I negotiate? Any tips? Seems quite low from what I’ve been reading on this bowl

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

But they have told us flat-out (even when asked directly) that we won't get a salary change or even just a title change. What should we do? It seems unethical at the very least.

What would you say is the standard salary for an entry level job as a visual designer? And did you/do you get to negotiate your pay when first starting out? This would be in San Francisco and no YOE.

I have an offer from EY. They rejected my counter offer for a higher salary but accepted my counteroffer for a higher sign on bonus. They gave me a few more days to think about the new offer. I want to know how likely would they be willing to renegotiate if I tell them I still want something closer to my original counter offer.

AWS engagement manager L5, internal facing (not pro serv) 97 base, 20k SO yr 1, 17 yr2, 21 RSUs. IM ~4.5 YoE with PMP, CSM, and very aligned background for the engagements. It comes out to years 1-4 tc of 120k, 125, 130, 140 not accounting for bonuses/raises.

Can I ask for a slight increase ($5K) in salary if I already signed an offer letter? Their highest threshold was $5K more than what the offer was. If so, how do I go about it?

Is it the smart move to take a pay cut and clerk for a judge?

Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.

Any other hiring managers feeling like all of your candidates are asking for more money last minute just to see how far they can go? Like if we say the range is 110-130K, they say they’re looking for 135K, you offer 135K and then they say they won’t take the job for less than 150? Not even with competing offers. It’s hard for me to stay excited about wanting to work with someone when they do that. What a waste of everyone’s time.

Is there a way to retrieve the offer letter from workday portal. My offer was released today and after e-signing it, I submitted my offer without downloading it. And now although my workday portal shows as offer accepted, the offer letter is no longer visible in the portal.

Can anyone advise on law enforcement career tracks for very experienced CPAs interested in (but not experienced in) forensic accounting? I am 36 and going to retire at 41 - I’m done being a manager/leader in my current tax consulting profession. If I had known about law enforcement careers in college I would have gone that route but by the time I discovered it later, I wasn’t willing to start over on salary. Now I can do that. I am planning to start with Google's Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification and later will move further for Associate Cloud Engineer Certification. But upon searching on the internet I couldn't find any jobs that require CDL, mostly starting with Associate Cloud.
