General PSA as I’ve seen a few posts looking for office chair recommendations. I picked up this lovely brand new Steelcase Amia chair from Peartree Furniture in Framingham for $299 (retails for closer to $1K)!

After combing FB marketplace for a used Herman Miller or Steelcase, I came across Peartree Furniture and was impressed with their selection of new and used chairs. And what’s even better, is that you can go to their wearhouse and actually try out the chair before buying.

Does anybody have good electric standing desk recommendations? Ideally in the $200-300 range.

Have you found using a standing desk increase your productivity? How else do you increase your productivity? I am so distracted all the time

My home office is NY but I live in NJ and I’m filing taxes in multiple states that I worked in this year. On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets? Can I just subtract my total wages from the state wages from my W2 of the other states I’ve worked in?
