Looking for some advice. I started in IT recruiting for agency for 2 years. Then, moved into corporate doing hourly manufacturing roles. Since, I’ve been stuck in the high volume space for 6 years. I would love to go back to IT. I’m really starting to feel the effects of the constant turnover and fast paced of high volume.
