I got an offer from a competitor has really interesting project but the overall comp is less than $10k than my current role. The manager is nice but they can’t up the comp much further.

Hi! I currently work as a senior consultant but my client (a major bank) has made it clear they would be interested in hiring me full time into a product role (VP). If I want to eventually exit to a major tech company or small start up more aligned to my values (interested in health tech) but stay as a PM — is it better to exit now into this role or stay as a consultant? I need some advice, I left Infosys on 27th Jan, I had an offer from Accenture to join them on 28th Jan. However just on my last working day itself, I got an offer from wabtec, it's not a service based org, so I thought I should give it a go. However their DOJ is on 14th feb. They have to complete BGV.
Now the only other offer I have is from TCS to join them on 2nd Feb, I'm a bit scared as to is it a good idea to say no to tcs and stay unemployed in pursuit of working with wabtec?

The first year after I graduated I took on a compliance position. Now I am stuck being a jack of all trades and I only have 8 months of solid legal experience. A recruiter contacted me via SM for a google fiber role. The role is outside of where I live but the recruiter said I would be a perfect fit. After a few ?’s about compensation and follow up to see if it can be more aggressive. I haven’t heard back since last week. The role is exactly what I do now, I’m proficient and my YOE is 10+. Is the silence bad? I have yet to speak with HM as those conversations will probably start next week per the recruiter. Did I ask for too much too soon?

I had the HR round and 2 more rounds for a compliance role and in 3rd round (this Monday) Senior manager who took the interview told me that I’d be invited for final round.. but my recruiter is not replying to my questions now.. not sure if she’s off work..
