Wipro I had joined Wipro on July 21,2021.
In middle of my Java training, they moved me to Salesforce developer training, than I completed my Salesforce PD-1 certification on September 5.
After that they tagged me to Project as Mulesoft Developer -1.But due to incorrect tagging,They didn't give me any work for 3 months and after that they removed me from project on March 7,2022.
In last quarter I was in free pool, Now they moved me out of Salesforce to Cloud Transformation.

I recently joined Accenture and manager has hard locked me for one of the project who is using old technology, although he told me abt the same on-call few days ago but since there was no confirmation frm him so I thought that is gone now but today I came to know they have hard locked me and now they can't backout . I dnt want to work on that and he is saying if i backout it will impact it performance. Pls helpAccenture

I had an interview today in Fairfax Virginia for an assistant real estate position for CBRE the offer was 70,000. I negotiated 80,000 due to my current role providing insurance and they were not and that would depreciate my pay 10-15 percent . I declined the offer as they were not budging in the offer. I can say that I feel confident in my stance of walking away and for once not having to work up to what my worth is.

Definitely escalate this to whomever is more senior than you on the deal. I would forward the emails to the jr. partner on the deal. Assuming you're not like a 4-6th year and/or a recent lateral, it's definitely not your call to make. The senior associates and junior partners should be coming over the top rope to tell them to chill/ help them with whatever it is that's needed.

How long have you been at firm / how well do you know partner and client? Depending on those things… Harass until the last possible minute and then say “if I don’t hear from you in an hour I am sending with a note that you are still reviewing and may follow up with additional comments”

I would try not to do that. Either the deadline was not that important and if the deadline was really important you do not want a wrong document to go out (eg negotiation comments to the other side which could give your client a disadvantage).
