How about HCL?
Not sure about other companies. But Genpact for a long term is not a good choice if you are a career oriented person. I'm saying this considering the growth opportunities, minimal hikes and internal politics. But if your preference is work life balance and comfortability you can keep Genpact as an option.
Hey, I'm about to join Genpact, so wanted to know, like how often the appraisal takes.place, like once a year? And if I join now then, I have to wait for 15 months, until next year April/May for appraisal right? Also, what's the policy for promotion? Does that happen twice a year or only during the April/May period during appraisal? Also, how's the work life balance and overall culture in Genpact? Your reply would be highly appreciated.

If your are looking for wlb ..Good CTC and a technical exposure to the newest levels, join a product org... If wlb isn't a concern then join a start-up.. AND BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT NOT JOINING A SERVICE BASED ORG (OF ANY KIND).

Has worked at Capgemini and currently working at Micron. Capgemini : all good but it's not an ethical company.Rest depend on project you get. Micron: till now it's all good. But I have found that they are not very open for WFH.
