I’m so glad this bowl finally exists.
I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.

You might not get many responses to this without a go at the end
Because they are dumbasses!
It’s a weird thing people append to posts here; it echoes an announcer at the beginning of a footrace, “3, 2, 1; GO!” in which many people are lined up, ready to participate.
When an OP adds it to their posts, it’s usually when they hope for a deluge of helpful responses in list format, perhaps even hoping people will bring their best answer to the table like it’s a (mental footrace) competition.
Because people learned to ask questions in a search engine format. Notice how many people post questions as, “how to maximize XYZ?” or “when to do XYZ?” Instead it should be a how do I, or when did you, or when is the best time to...
“Go” is like hitting submit for search results. Haha
No, it's not a cultural thing, it's obnoxious
WM1 I would be interested in conducting an experiment with identical posts - one with "Go!", and one without as the control - to compare the quality and quantity of the responses received.
Do we.. Do we go?
I won't respond to that it's very rude.
It's pure arrogance
I agree. It is kind of rude.
SC1 that was simultaneously smart, profound and funny. Made me literally lol at "like hitting submit for search results". Thanks for the laughs 😘 but also, such an apt anthropological observation!
I don’t respond to obnoxious “Go” posts. I also was curious as to why people do that and I’m US 🐠 so it’s not a US thing OP, just individuals
Because we grew up watching double dare where Marc Summers would start every episode with "on your mark, get set....GO!". Greatest game show host ever. We just want to be like him to make our lives more interesting.
It’s worrying that people format their queries so poorly 🤔 😂
Oooh WM1. You've extrapolated a bit too far. There are many countries other than the US where English is a native language! I'm from one and live in another! Was just wondering if it was a US-specific cultural thing but I feel like this thread has become more cerebral than necessary 😂
WM1- aah! Guess I am still under hangover haze. I brought zero value to this conversation. Back to my couch and netflix. Toodles
KPMG3: sweaty?
@OP I’d be curious as well, but it would be difficult to account for so many variables. I would like to begin with a survey because I’m somewhat convinced most posters that use ‘Go!’ have similar demographic profiles and/or have modeled their post formatting off other, similar posters.
I hate the “go” posts too, but what made you think that a “non-US” person can answer that? What was it that suggested that only, or mostly, “non-US” use the term in posts?
The “go” at the end of questions is annoying. How did you arrive at the conclusion that these are non-us 🐠?
