I drink Vitamin C and on some occasion fish oil supplements in order to keep myself healthy. Try it! Your immune system will definitely thank you
Ahhh fish oil supplements. That is such a great idea. I am going to have to add those to my daily regamin.
I take vitamin C daily! When we stopped wearing masks last year I was so sick constantly - haven’t been sick yet at all this year knock on wood. I think it just takes some time to build up your immune system again! I’ve been trying to bring less work home and get more sleep too but the key word is trying lol
I take a vitamin c and zinc mix! I just buy top care brands or any generic equivalent of basically any over the counter medicine! I’m so cheap lol I hate paying more for name brands. I also like the emergenC immune powders for when I don’t feel 100%

I’m going back to masking. All the anti-maskers can feel free to keep their opinions to themselves. The last time I was sick was six months before we shut down for the pandemic. This was the first school year back I didn’t mask. After two weeks of being back with students, I have Covid for the first time. I’ll be masking for the rest of cold and flu season.
I don't blame you one bit. I just really don't want to get sick and they aren't making anyone wear masks at all. Is anyone's school still making the kids wear masks or no?
I notice if I get behind on my sleep I am much more likely to get sick. So, I try to get good rest, eat healthy, drink plenty of water - all the usual things.
Yes I am doing all those things as well. I also use Emergen C every day to try and keep my immune system up.
Hey! Drink multivitamins to strengthen your immunity. Wash your hands and always bring alcohol or hand sanitizer when you're out. Wear masks.
I am definately washing my hands very frequently. I also give the kids sanitizer often to try and help the spread of the germs. Are you still wearing masks at your school?
I take a daily vitamin and also keep plenty of supplements with me at all times (purse, desk drawer, home medicine cabinet). I like Airborne for when I notice people around me are starting to get sick and I'm not, and Zicam to take at the first signs of a cold. Both work really well for me. And, of course, regular hand washing works wonders.
I have never used Airborne but alway been really curious about it. Does that stuff really work?

Food sources first, then any supplements as long as they are not synthetic forms. No synthetic form for any supplements. Spend the extra $2 for food based natural compounds.
Not sure if this is a placebo effect or if it works but I try to eat an orange every morning. I like to think that I'm providing my body with sufficient vitamin C.
Hey, an orange a day keeps the doctors away. Isn't that what they say? HAHA.
Lots and lots of giner, lemongraas, and honey tea. Invest in an air purifier too. So worth it.

Ahhh tea is such a good one. I sawa recipe today for a sore throat tea and I am saving that in case i need it.
First, taking a shower before going to work and after going to bed. Never forget your masks. It's not just for your own protection but for the children as well. Take multivitamins. Vitamin C for stronger immune system. And of course, sanitize and always bring some alcohol with you.
I just started masking again. I think its one of the only ways to keep myself from getting sick. There are just too many germs going around.
Make sure to not touch your face. I hate it when I put on hand sanitizer, and immediately after a kid hands me a paper.
This is such a good point. I am so bad about touching my face. Any tricks to remember not to touch it?
I have the kids wash down the tables each morning. At least we get a fresh start each morning.
I'm going to get some of that. thank you for the suggestion. Anyone else still finding it hard to find Clorox? Some stores are still out of stock around here.
