I love to cook. I am trying to find a happy medium between one off beginner cooking classes and culinary school. The perfect scenario would be a multi week class that goes over advanced cooking techniques. Like stuff you may learn in culinary school but for people who just want to learn as a hobby. Any ideas?

Advice for how to handle the HR Director my organization is the most toxic person in the City, causing turmoil in departments, sharing disciplinary info about others with everyone she speaks to, bad mouthing people. Who do we go to for a complaint against an HR Director? The City Administration is aware and doesn’t do anything.

How some people are clearing interview and then getting into a project even though they don't have any skills, no desire to learn new things, can't perform a very very simple task even though it's already documented clearly, totally burden on team members. They don't even try to do basic troubleshooting when they faced simple issues, rather asks stupid question to junior who is having only 1 years of experience and ask for solution.
