Are gut issues caused by ‘post birth control syndrome’ a thing?? Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve been trying to lose weight but been hitting a wall (tons of inflammation, bloating, fatigue, etc.) and a trainer i consulted told me my gut health could be the issue. She’s recommending me to do a 3k 6 month program to get it on track so I could lose weight effectively and sustainably which I don’t mind. I just don’t want it to be a fluke.
