Yeah, I bought my grail (Black Ceramic Daytona) a few years ago and felt really guilty/scared for a year after I got it. Over time, I stopped caring about scratches or getting mugged and it’s quickly turned into my daily.

Sometimes it takes a little while to warm up to a watch, even if it’s a grail. Sometimes we never warm up to it; and once we’re sure we’ve reached that point then it’s time to sell.
What watch are we talking about though? My issue has been a lot of my favorite watches that are super expensive are dress watches on leather. I almost never wear dress watches and for some reason leather is almost always uncomfortable on my wrist.

Not really. When I got the Matrix I wore the heck out of it…but not to things that would get it scratched up. I still don’t.
I don’t get the impostor syndrome thing, or the clout thing. It’s a possession, nothing more. If you like your possessions that’s great, just don’t think that they are you.
