Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

How to approach HR for revision of compensation in Accenture. I got an offer letter from Accenture. But, holding one more offer in which i got almost double of what Accenture offered. So, for revision, How many days prior to the date of joining, I need to reach HR? Would anyone please share your insights.Accenture

Dont think about layoff. Now the pay structure is revised. today's payout will be going to be benchmark for future.
exactly, no point worrying about something that hasn't happened yet. Focus on what you're getting now. If you're that worried about layoffs, maybe set aside a higher amount of salary for savings

No it is fine... 11 years 36 LPA, is normal. For this experience, u can expect upto 40LPA
It doesn't matter, where are u now. It matters your company.
I am based out of Chennai, I have 9.7 yoe and I make more than 40 LPA Including stocks. In Chennai, yes it is hard to get this salary at the aforementioned experience level. But not impossible
