I’d like to work in Tech Management but I’m curious to know if I would need to get an MBA in order to do so. I’ve been teaching myself to code the last 6 years and landed a job 5years ago with a company will to get my foot in the door. But, they brought me in as a consultant and when I asked to get on the development team I was told I need CS Degree or comparable. So I feel like I’ve been wasting time. How accurate are GRE to GMAT conversions? Recently got a 322, which seems to be close to the average / medians of scores for schools I’m targeting (T15) but conversion chart puts this at around 660 GMAT.

Guessing the chart is not accurate for how schools view this? Or perhaps GMAT percentiles are all whack these days. Interested in hearing thoughts and opinions

I took the GMAT twice ( “first time I got 700 - 88th % for verbal and 55% for quant), and the second time my score dropped to 680. On practice tests I was getting between 720 and 760, but can’t get there on test day. I’m thinking of pivoting to the GRE, but I’m wondering whether I should try again with the GMAT.
