I have 6+ years of Cloud & IT with Basic devops tools knowledge but market expectations are too high these days... Why have unions become so powerless in recent years? A decade ago, the collective bargaining units would get wage increases that matched or exceeded inflationary growth. Now we are lucky to see any positive integer offered.

Hey all, I’ve been a solutions architect associate for a year now as my first tech job out of college. I was able to get my AWS SAA Certification and followed that with Azure AZ-900. What is a normal salary range for someone in my position who recently graduated last May with a year of experience and holding these two certifications?

I'm 32 years old and have a AMH level of 1.2 which is very low for my age. Did a vaginal ultrasound and they only found one follicle on each ovary. I have started IVF but my chances are so slim this will work now. I find out in about 7 days if we go ahead and try and collect anything from me... who would of thought at age 32 this could be happening. I'll be starting menopause in the next year or two...

What's a polite way to ask another teacher to stop sharing their home life problems with you? My coworker has been unhappy in her marriage for a long time (she talks about it a lot). It's always been a little awkward, but now her son is in my class which means I see her husband a lot more often at drop off/pick up, and I have to talk to him. It's hard to look him in the eye knowing the stuff his wife has said about him to me, how can I get her to stop without making her feel bad?
