I feel your pain brotha/sis. Drink lots of water. Mix chia seeds in your food. Chia seeds expand when soaked in water so they help you stay fuller for longer. And ask yourself why you’re eating. I’ve caught myself grabbing a snack just cause I was bored and I would put it back.

Agree - SO HARD. But it’s easier once you get over the hump of getting back into it...it’s not this hard forever (in my experience).

Does anyone have recommendations on a good diet to follow? Here's some info: I've been doing HIIT and metabolic strength training classes 3-4 times per week, also have field hockey one day a week. Try to eat healthy with chicken meals, not many carbs, fruits, shakes...but am not seeing huge results yet (it's been 2-3 months so far). I feel better and see some difference in my lower half but my upper half is what I want to slim down!

What’s the best low calorie, high protein snack?

Background- In quarantine I’ve been intermittent fasting &calorie counting for a few months, and still working out in the mornings. My workout has usually been a 3-4 mile run and I’ve definitely gotten leaner but I’m now trying to add in more strength training, and so I feel like I should be getting protein after my workouts.
