I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.

Uptown is probably the typical place to live, but I think deep Ellum is really up and coming and will be amazing in a few years.
Downtown / Deep Ellum is up and coming. Cheaper than uptown but very hip. Loads of cool bars. Other recommendations - Look up Mockingbird area for centralized location. If you want to go even cheaper in a safe neighborhood, look up Village, that's where most SMU students live. I would recommend lower Greenville area but it's almost as expensive as uptown. Basically stay around I-75 between downtown and Forest hill.
West village is good too
Are you m, single, smart, tall and attractive ?
Uptown, turtle creek, deep ellum, M streets, Knox/Henderson, lower Greenville, Kessler
Uptown. Grew up in the university/ highland park that's the nicest area
Uptown is for the young and hip that want to have balls out fun. It's also expensive. What's the age and situation? Can offer suggestions with more info. (I lived in Uptown years ago but now settled in Lakewood).
Single F. Looking for a cool area but not wanting to break the bank.
^agree with the above (except thing you mean Forest Ln - Forest Hill is something else entirely)
^yep. Forest lane
West village area is great- one of the only walkable neighborhoods in Dallas
Thanks! Anyone have a realtor they'd recommend?

I wouldn't recommend buying until you rent first and then decide where you want to live.
