Getting really sick of seeing my client make the same over and over again. Trying not to get discouraged and jaded but I feel like I care more than they do. Anyone else feel this way?

I'm struggling to establish boundaries on my project. I get new work assigned at 6pm most days and I'm told they need done by the next day. I start at 7am everyday. Anyone have advice on what I can say to leadership? I seriously can't be working 7am to 11pm every day, my personal life/family is really taking a huge hit. I don't mind the occasional long day, but consistent 14-15 hour days aren't gonna fly anymore.

At my agency, we allot for a 5% book loss per month. Meaning if my 40 clients pay a grand total of $100k/mo, we expect to lose about $5k/mo and make up the deficit with new business.
