I’m mentally breaking down because I have been doing a job of a scheduler, PM, notetaker, regulatory submissions, and thus have no room for growth to work on strategy. I’m an AS and I am so sick of having to remind everyone because no one looks at my notes, recaps, and no one remembers anything from any meeting. Recently because I’m so exhausted I started making more “mistakes” like not catching a mistake on a submission. Is this because I suck or is it time for me to move off? I feel terrible.

I tried cutting for the first time. I don’t recognize myself. I want to take short term disability to “fix” myself. Therapy isn’t enough. I don’t know how to do that. Has anyone done it? Any advice?
