I just put my 4mo in daycare last week (3 days per week) they are amazing helping us transition (baby still not taking a bottle). And I can’t imagine the year they have had putting themselves at risk.
What do other people give their daycare teachers and support teachers for the holidays? I was thinking 50 cash each but my husband thought that was too much.... I didn’t think it was enough but don’t have a lot of extra cash. Any tips? Do you give equal amount or more for lead teacher?

So I have a Kindergarten student who daily struggles with emotional regulation. They will easily get really upset or angry. Then once they have calmed down are great. However, the teacher isn’t helping the problem.She expects a 5 year old can immediately listen to instructions and sit for extended periods of time.
