If I want to start a family office, what kind of experience would be helpful? Looking at whether I should get a 1-2 years of experience in HF, PE or VC. Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ? I don’t have a closing time yet, just the date. My realtor reached to the lender and have no heard back.

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
