I’ve been offered two positions that are great and on the human capital team. For someone in this situation where should I be looking as commensurate with my certifications and experience?

Just found out my wife’s uncle had a heart attack and they had to take him to 4 hospitals to get treatment.... the 1st 2 wouldn’t admit him cause they said how do we know if has covid or not... the 3rd one said we can’t admit him cause he didn’t come in our ambulance ...
