Relationship is strong, I was informed last year at review time that we’d only be seeing 3% increases going forward. That’s what concerns me, is whether I should bother trying to negotiate or just accept the other offer.

I would only personally give notice if I had something else lined up, but if you do have another offer an you are willing to take it 💯 if they counter offer negotiate and use it to your advantage 👍🏼
