No one buys individual bonds except trading desks. Stick to ETFs only

GS1 - thoughts on LQD and VCIT?

Given I was a high yield and distressed analyst before, I do buy HY bonds individually.

If you don’t have the same experience as me, or something similar, then you will blow your eye out. Just stick to bond ETFs unless you are a pro.

I can understand buying single name equities. But Jesus Christ don’t do single name bonds

Just buy HYG and call it a day

Looking for potential roles in PDX. Posting a redacted resume. The heading on this resume is for customer solutions professional, but I am also really great with data entry and very tech savvy. I am also taking classes in python. Something in the greater PDX area would be strongly preferable since I don't have a car (I do have a driver's license, just to clarify) unless the work is within a reasonable commute. I also have a lot healthcare experience. Ping me!

Hi,

Just started a new job less than a month ago in the tech sector. It was the industry I was fixated on when leaving for. However I realise that I don't think I can cope with the fast paced, lack of wlb, with no support - it's really impacting my mental health already....

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.
I feel like a failure, but recognise it might be beneficial to cut loss and quit. Has anyone been in this situation?

Any advice?
