This weekend I accidentally sent an email to OC that was supposed to go to the client. I didn’t have the clients email and only had the OCs email, but I still should have double checked before sending. It ended up not being a huge deal bc it was a mostly agreed upon settlement agreement and my senior associate and partner walked me through a follow up email to OC. They were pretty cool about it, but I can’t stop cringing. How do I try to move forward and not feel totally idiotic about this??

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)

I feel I'm a minority in corporate culture. I came from public school up to Uni years where only few of my peers reached managerial level or even good positions. I reached out to a high schoolmate and saw she got the lowest rank in the company despite 10+ year experience. I have hard time connecting with peers who have a more upscale background. I also feel an imposter since I dont have the stereotype background of a manager --- rich, smart, cool etc. How do I deal with these insecurities?

It just means you have a life beyond work as well. And that is

Anyone from IQVIA? I just wanted to check something. I gave 2 rounds of interview and got selected. The HR asked for the documents for further process, I submitted them in the second last week of May. I still don't have any update on it. I called them thrice, Then I dropped an email to HR asking for an update, and the worst part is the HR neither replied to my email and when I tried calling yesterday, the HR deducted call. 🤷‍♂️ What should I do? Worked in Genpact for 4.7 yrs in customer support domain and last 1yr I worked as a TL, but on paper it was process developer (PD), our process had that option. My CTC was 3.06 LPA
Now Infosys offered the role of L3 process specialist (one level down to TL) with CTC 6 LPA. I'm done with my onboarding and all other formalities in Infy on 12th August.
Now today TCS is calling and saying I have been selected for TL role itself with a package of 7 LPA.

please suggest if I should leave Infy now.

Non solicitation clauses in employment contract, are these a cause for concern? Leaving my B4 firm soon, but found out that my contract specifies that i cant poach people from the firm for 2 yrs and this makes sense. But the puzzling part is client non solicitation; which says i cant work for any of my clients from the past 2 yrs, for next two years.
