Ended up in france and have to start an ivf treatment., they want an ultrasound in france and while I know an ultrasound is possible I’m not sure an obgyn will know how to measure follicles and assess for cysts ? Anyone deal with something similar ?

My RE is saying my ovulation is concerning. They are not able to see the follicles grow before ovulation and ovaries were small post ovulation too. All my labs are normal and periods super regular. What could be wrong? RE says he can’t say anything until we do ultrasounds next cycle.

I REALLY want this to work and need to obviously keep my stress and anxiety in check. I read everything there is to read on what to do/not do/eat/not eat… My previous experiences have removed any kind of “innocent excitement” I had. Does it ever come back?
