Currently No Rent, we live with my parents in Gurgaon

Tax 1.5L PF+.5L NPS+1L Rent in name of parents

What will be 

1 monthly expense for a family of 2(me & wife) in Pune?

2 my monthly in hand?

3 Travel expenses between Pune & Gurgaon 3 times a year?

In a meeting right now where another East Asian is presenting with pretty bad english, pronunciation, and a very heavy accent. I'm having difficulty understanding what he is saying and I can only presume the wheats in this call understand less.

Despite the language barrier, he immigrated and found a protected job. Would you have hired him when information conveyance and clarity is integral to the job? I know my director certainly would not do so.

Relatives on dad’s side are super toxic. My dad consistently asks me to visit them and his mom on that side but I haven’t for a year now since the pandemic.
