Glassdoor hasn't been very consistent... What are bonuses like for Senior Consultants at Deloitte? Same question for consultants? (no MBA)

Hi I am working as Data Engineer, I have over 4.5 YOE looking for a change what should I keep in mind while job search and how much salary should I expect in current job market. I am also AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate.

2 years out of MBA and 2 years into Deloitte, would you make the switch to MBB if given the opportunity? What’s your reasoning one way or the other?

Finishing up Leadership Dev Program-IT (rotational program: roles included Analyst, SM, PO, Engineer) with GEICO. Looking to post out into Cyber field. Did had exposure to Cyber at GEICO for 2 of my rotation, had an opportunity to get Sec+, Network+, and CISM (exam cleared only). What firms I should be looking into which values LDP and future growth.

I feel trapped. I hate consulting, hard work, corporate life in general. I have so much student debt after MBA school that I have to take these high paying jobs that require a lot of effort but I just don’t think I’m built to do this forever. Are post-MBA exits from MBB actually as good or easy as they’re perceived to be? It seems like everyone is walking out for 15-30% (or more) TC bump, with better WLB at great companies - is it really as easy as just sliding right into places like FAANG and whatnot? Or do folks from MBB also struggle with exit opps and leveling and whatnot?
