I am currently working with Cognizant having 2.5 year of exp into HR with package 5.7 LPA. Within a year of time, I got another offer of 12 LPA but its from small company. I don’t work in big law, but some of my classmates,who are going into big law, are bragging about the low number of billable hours they are required to hit. I’m hearing 1,600-1,800 billable hours.
