need opinion
I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

I have resigned last week from TCS.Today manager pinged on teams & asked all details like Skillset, Exp, exp in current account, project and reasons for resignation & hike %,if applicable. I replied reasons as location change, learning growth and hike. Then he asked. if I will stay in tcs if given preferred location and account change. I said yes ,if its along with good hike. Now he is asking which company I got the offer from& current salary and offered salary.Can i tell these things to him, pls help.

I had HR discussion with cognizant on 11th June.As per HR I should have got offer letter in a week's time post approval.Till now I have no update from HR.sent many chasers as well called HR numerous times but no response.Any idea how long cogni HR takes to release offer letter.
Designation offered Manager.
I have completed my two rounds of technical interview with cognizant. HR told me you are selected and will get a call for discussing salary. Since, I am waiting, can you guys please suggest how much I can expect from CTS , considering I have an offer of 11.5 (fixed CTC) in hand.

Where do you get such information? Cts has good job security. Last time they fired a lot of seat warmers and bottom scorers. You should be worried if you are going to be one of them. If you are high paid, expect that to happen anywhere. Cts is no exception.
I agree, there's no Job security at CTS.
You got Wrong information it is always better than Globant m taking technology wise here better project and tech stacks are used
If you're allocated to a project and performing well, I don't think you need to worry too much. However you should choose what you're comfortable with.
Don't join cts can give you more than 5 person who had been laid off without performance issue

YOE and technology? Looks like you got M (manager) designation. It is good and job security is there for good performers.
