Practice. You're not missing content, just test talking skills. Sit down and take more exams, 3 is such a low number it's a joke. You might know your material but you clearly cannot concentrate for the entire exam and the only way around that is to take many many many more practice exams.

Take a week off and just take it again after another month or so of prep. It's knowledge applied consistently. I had the same issue and finally cleared 710 on my third try.

Took the GMAT for 3rd time today and my scores are still all over the place. I always score 75%-90% on one section but dismal on the other. If I took my highest result on both sections I'd have ~700.... what should I do?!
