My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?

Little story I wanted to share. I’ve never been close to one of my siblings and haven’t put effort to change that. Eg., never initiated conversations. Why is dating as a Christian so hard 😩 I’m noticing Christian men run after expressing I don’t want to have sex before marriage. Feels impossible to find someone who understands my “why” and will wait.

How did you know you were ready to marry your SO, or get married in general? Anyone have pre-engagement (knowing it's close after discussion) or post-engagement nerves or anxiety? God is our peace, but I have some fears that I'm not making the right choice or following Him correctly. No relationship red flags, SO is a sincere Christian and man of God.
