W is just a big pool party

Neither hit up the Phoenician

I have stayed at JW and the Westin. JW is definitely more relaxing than any W I've ever visited. That property is so nice and the rooms are spread out in small buildings throughout the property. Nice pool too.

I really enjoyed the Westin and I think it has a better pool, but overall JW is nicer

JW is always relaxing

Any opinions on either much appreciated

Phoenician a little pricey for my taste. Heard nothing but amazing things though

Second for The Phoenician. They just remodeled, I believe.

Camelback Inn is good. Very relaxing and has an old school southwestern vibe.

W is better location - walking distance to old town. It’s a shit-show. Nice pool /bar. Phoenician is more family feel. Back on its own(need to Uber). Don’t remember JW, but know I’ve stayed at some point. There’s some more secluded resorts if you’re looking for more off the grid/ high-end.

JW hands down

Westin Kierland was better than the Phoenician. The W Scottsdale is a party site on the weekends. Any of the other 3 (JW, Westin, Phoenician) you'll do well with.

I don’t know if this is a millennial thing but I feel like I need to find a job I enjoy more. I never thought I would be in consulting this long and yet I can’t seem to figure out my next move. I want to work in a tech start up as that sounds interesting but the more I look / interview in product management I feel it is more tactical than I’d like. I don’t like my current job but don’t hate it. I do hate the unpredictability of client work. How do you know your next move?
